OUR STUDIO POLICIES

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Booking & Deposits

All tattoos need a deposit to book. Deposits start from £100, and are £200 for a full-day session.
Your deposit comes off the final price of your tattoo on the day.
Your deposit covers your artist’s drawing time. Small tweaks are included; major changes after your design is drawn need a new deposit.
Tattoos over more than one session: your £200 deposit rolls over and comes off the price of your final session.
Piercings don’t need a deposit, except for children under 7, where a 50% deposit is required.

Cancelling & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable.
Give us at least 48 hours’ notice to move your appointment and your deposit will move with it. You can reschedule up to two times; after that, a new deposit is needed.
Less than 48 hours’ notice, or not turning up, means your deposit is lost.

Running Late
Running late? Call us on 020 7223 3666 as soon as you can.
Tuesday to Friday and Sunday: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without letting us know, your appointment may be shortened, moved or cancelled, and your deposit may be lost.
Saturdays are our busiest day. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late on a Saturday without letting us know, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit lost.

ID & Age
We only accept original, government-issued photo ID: a passport, or a full or provisional driving licence. We cannot accept copies, photos of ID, Oyster cards or student cards.
Under 16s: ear lobe piercings only (4 months to 15 years). Please bring the child’s passport and full birth certificate, plus the parent’s or guardian’s photo ID.
16+: all other piercings (e.g. helix, conch, nose, navel, eyebrow).
18+: tattoos, and tongue, nipple and dermal piercings.
21+: intimate (genital) piercings, with an anatomy check.
Tattooing anyone under 18 is against the law in the UK, even with a parent’s permission.

Health & On the Day
Everyone completes a consent form before their appointment.
Tell us before your appointment about any medical conditions, medication, allergies or pregnancy.
We cannot tattoo or pierce anyone who has used numbing cream before their appointment.
We will not tattoo or pierce anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit lost.
Our artists and piercers can refuse any work they don’t feel is safe or appropriate.

Touch-Ups, Refunds & Jewellery
Free touch-ups are only available if you come back for your 4-week check-up with the artist who did your tattoo, and you have followed our aftercare advice. Touch-ups are booked Tuesday to Friday only; we do not book touch-ups on Saturdays or Sundays.
No refunds once work has started.
Body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Children in the Studio
Please don’t bring children to your tattoo appointment where possible. If you can’t avoid it, let us know before you arrive.
